Anika Noi Rose Anika Noi Rose, an American singer-actress is best known for her character as Tiana in The Princess and the Frog. Most famously, she is known for voicing Tiana Disney's first princess of African descent as Tiana Disney's first African-American princess in The Princess and the Frog. Also, she starred as Beneatha Younger in the Broadway production of A Raisin in the Sun (2014) in which she received nominations for the Tony Award for Best Featured actor in a Musical.
